For Seniors
Our aging population needs to be at the top of the list for priorities in
Langley Township. I am working hard to make Langley the most wheelchair-friendly
community in Canada, ensuring access for those with mobility challenges.
We need to improve seniors' services in every area of the Township. We also
need to take better care of Langley heritage sites and memorials.
My pledge to Langley's seniors:
- Ensure that your voice is heard at the council table
- Make wheelchair access a top priority in every project
- Improve your recreational, social and housing opportunities
- Lead the charge to preserve and enhance Langley's heritage sites
- Make Langley a better place for those on a fixed income to live in
- Work with other levels of government to bring more affordable housing to Langley
